Both Aroma and Heat Therapy are used alongside massage to increase it's effectiveness. Heat Therapy warms the tissues prior to massage melting fascia effectively preparing the body for deep tissue work without damaging the tissues. This reduces discomfort allowing the therapist to make more progress with each treatment. Aromatherapy is utilized to aid in tissue repair and healing after treatment or to support relaxation and peaceful sleep.

Improve your Balence

Meridian based massage encompasses all forms of massage that use the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian pathways as the basis for treatment.  This includes Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Cupping. These techniques can be used in addition to more commonly practiced Swedish massage or as stand alone treatments.

Grace Sleys LMT/Owner

Grace Sleys graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage where she studied a number of sciences including Myology -(the study of muscles and their function) as well as specific techniques for postural assessment and rehabilitation, Trigger point therapy, and a variety of eastern modalities such as Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Acupressure.
